In 2004, Juan Carlos Fouz became CEO of the group IZO System, consulting company specialized in Customer Experience Management (CEM) with professional services and technologies. This appointment coincided with the strong internationalization effort of the group, which opened offices in Lisbon, Sao Paolo and Mexico DF. Currently, IZO is composed of six companies with a turnover of approximately 14 million Euros.
