Two CRC ORO for GSS. 


The CRC ORO Awards acknowledge the best customer service practices, the best customer service outsourcers and the best technological solutions.  


In this 2011 edition, Grupo GSS has been awarded with two Gold awards:


CRC ORO to the best Debt Management Operation with BBVA bank.

Special Award CRC ORO to the Best Human Resources Management.



There were over 100 operations submitted to this edition (more than 100% in comparison to last year's edition). The organization has devoted a team of 12 auditors that have reviewed more than 350 documents, visited over 17 cities in Spain, and analyzed 3.456 control points, and have sent 67.500 surveys to final users, and interviewd 512 people. Apart from the due diligence, the organization appointed a jury of experts in order to ensure the neutratily in the results of the awards.


GSS began 2011 with the great news of receiving the Gold Award to the Best Contact Center and CRM company in Spain, and now it continues its trajectory with another two gold awards.




The award ceremony took place in the middle of the evento "Relación Cliente+ Call" organized by IFAES and the AEECCC, together with IZO. Grupo GSS has sponsored this year's event, and it has imparted two master classes where we showed novelties in the contact center sector, which bring an important value to the sector.
