"France Telecom awards GSS as the most valued call center site for Customer Experience and Best Orientation in Navigation Rates."

GSS Group, Spanish multinational with more than 25years of Experience in customer services has received two acknowledgements to its call center sites by France Telecom.


The representatives of Orange delivered several awards to the sites that participate in their telesales campaigns in Spain during the anual convention about “Outbound Telesales” in Madrid. GSS received to awards:
•Most valued site for Customer Experience.

•Site with the best orientation towards Navigation Rates

These two acknowledgements add up to the list of more than 30 awards at a national and international level for GSS. In 2012 GSS received the maximum number of awards in the CRC Gold awards, as well as in the Awards to the best contact center companies in Peru.
