"GSS Group is the most awarded company in the Fortius 2012. "

A jury of experts composed of the representatives of companies and institutions who organize and collaborate with these awards and by first level professionals with broad expertise in the management of contact centers decided to grant two Fortius awards to the final candidates of GSS Group.

The Fortius Awards seek for the recognition of the work of the most devoted professionals in the contact center sector and it acknowledges their work and commitment to the company, which otherwise will never be reflected in the media. The fifth edition of the Fortius Awards had an exponential growth of the candidates. According to Maria Luisa Merino, manager at the AEERC, “During this fifth edition we have been able to share the main values with which these awards were born: excellence, motivation, self- demand and professionalism.

Five awards were delivered in the evening of the 31st of January, 2 of which were awarded to GSS Group in the following categories:

-Award to the Best Agent for Inbound Campaign- Yisela Caro
-Award to the Best Outbound Campaign- Carlos Aitor

2012 has been a year of recognition for the workers of GSS Group, as one of our phone representatives for BBVA also received a special mention to her work.
